Milestone video is a great way for organizations to show how much it has grown and developed over the years. It is commonly used in many corporate events and ceremonies and it is a frequent request from our clients.
We were honored when Yellow Ribbon Singapore chose us to create a milestone video for them. Yellow Ribbon Singapore, formerly known as Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises, is a statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs. Since its establishment in 1976, they have been focusing on preparing ex-offenders for reintegration into the workforce and society, helping them develop skills and long-term careers with industry partners.
With this milestone video we did for Yellow Ribbon Singapore, they want to announce their renewed Vision and Mission to the world. With this in mind, we made the main theme of the video light rays to portray a new beginning. We have also split the video into 2 parts. In the beginning, we chose to start the video with a slide show of past yellow ribbon pictures to give the viewers a flashback of the organization’s past. For the next half of the video, to help the viewer absorb the content quicker, we showcase the organization’s new vision and mission using an animated infographic to make everything look less wordy.
