Creating a customer testimonial video helps give the customers of a company a voice For this video that we created a customer testimonial video for the China Rail Engineering Group. We helped the company share good customer testimonials to other potential customers. CREG has a very strong presence in the asian market so we interviewed a few of their customers that they worked with in Singapore. The client’s brief was to make the video cinematic and emotive. The video was used to launch China Rail Engineering Group’s international conference. Customer Testimonial videos can be used in a variety of industries from restaurants, technology companies and other product and service based industries.
We had to emphasise the music and transitions to ensure it looked like an extremely inspirational and success driven video.These videos were definitely going to be shown at company events or conferences so we had to shoot a very dynamic video with a lot of shots of the construction sites.
